The Chalong police asked us if we would be prepared to help them with their children's football programme. Though we felt it was something individuals or companies should get involved in, we did agree as an association to purchase some strips for the teams. These photos show the children wearing the shirts for a local competition.

The Chalong police had felt that many local children were getting into trouble because they had nothing organised for them and they established a weekly football game to encourage the children to develop healthy interests.
Many members contributed towards footballs and equipment in addition to our contribution of shirts, shorts and socks. However we were permitted to put our logos on the front of the shirts and our full name on the back.
The day these photographs were taken was a gala event in Chalong with a full football match taking place before the children went on. Thai traditional dancing with a band were also part of the festivities with a slap-up dinner and we were glad to see that the BBA-P received such good publicity.
