INTRODUCTION
 

Over the past 9 years this event has been a great success due to the generosity of the sponsors and those who donated prizes for both competition winners and auction. Since the competition was launched in 1999, BBA-P and Blue Canyon Country Club have jointly raised in excess of 6,000,000 Baht for various local charities. Most importantly, at the request of Blue Canyon Country Club four years ago, this event now supports an education programme for over 70 local school children, managed by Childwatch Phuket.

This year, our 10th Anniversary we hope to exceed the Baht 1,275,000, we raised last year, which we donated to Childwatch Phuket. For 2008 we have again donated the event to Childwatch and the BBA-P is again the presenting sponsor. Childwatch is a very worthwhile registered charity, which cares for abused children and maintains a day care centre for children whose parents are incarcerated. BBA-P is proud to be associated with this charity and trust you and your company will join us and support this excellent golf tournament and fund raising event.

Childwatch and the BBA-P have prepared several sponsor packages, which we hope will appeal to you. If you do not feel one of these packages is for you, we would be grateful if you could consider donating a prize for the competition, the raffle or the auction. The raffle and auction take place after dinner, being staged at Blue Canyon Country Club following the golf.

This year we will be holding a 4 Ball Texas Scramble competition with a 11.00am registration and 12.00pm shot-gun start.
